Cous cous with Pomegranate

This warm cous cous with mushrooms, pomegranate & lemon dish is a perfect light and healthy starter.


  • 200g Cous cous
  • 500g Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • Fresh Mint
  • Solimón
  • Soy sauce

The How-to:

  • Slice the mushrooms, soak in Solimon and soy sauce.
  • Leave to soak.
  • Fry the mushrooms in the butter.
  • Mix in with the cous cous, add the pomegranate and the mint.
  • Serve warm
