Cous cous with Pomegranate

This warm cous cous with mushrooms, pomegranate & lemon dish is a perfect light and healthy starter.
Ingredients:
- 200g Cous cous
- 500g Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Pomegranate
- Fresh Mint
- Solimón
- Soy sauce
The How-to:
- Slice the mushrooms, soak in Solimon and soy sauce.
- Leave to soak.
- Fry the mushrooms in the butter.
- Mix in with the cous cous, add the pomegranate and the mint.
- Serve warm
